Are taxes included?
Prices are in US dollars and exclude any local taxes. Every payment comes with an invoice for your records.
What are the Free plan's limits?
The Free plan includes 5 GB of storage, and each gallery is available for 7 days from album creation. After that, the gallery is taken offline for clients and its photos may later be removed. Paid plans have no time limit.
What counts toward my storage?
Storage is the total size of the original photos and videos in your albums, kept uncompressed. Albums, themes and gallery settings don't use any storage. The photo counts on each plan assume full-size photos of about 12 MB.
Do you charge for bandwidth or downloads?
No. Views, downloads and video playback are unlimited on every plan. You only pay for storage.
What happens when I reach my storage limit?
Your published galleries stay available to clients. New uploads pause until you free up space or move to a larger plan.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. Request a change from Settings → Plan & billing and we'll update your plan.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans are billed once a year: 2 months free compared with paying monthly.
