Frequently asked questions

Do my clients need an account?

No. Clients open the link you send. A private gallery asks for its password once per device; a public one opens straight away.

Will my photos lose quality?

No. We never compress your originals: they're stored exactly as you upload them and download at full resolution. Galleries show lighter copies alongside, so they load quickly.

Can clients download the original photos?

Yes. You can turn downloads off for any gallery, or ask clients for a download PIN first.

Is there a limit on views or downloads?

No. Clients can view, download and play videos as often as they like, on every plan. Only storage counts toward your plan.

Can I deliver videos?

Yes. Videos up to 2 GB each play right in the gallery, whatever their length. They count toward your storage, just like photos.

Can I use my own domain?

Custom domains are coming soon to the Pro and Studio plans. Until then, galleries are shared on a Rêver link.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. The Free plan includes 5 GB of storage and every gallery theme, with no payment details needed. Free galleries are available for 7 days; paid plans have no time limit.
